Heather Gardocki is the Mother of three children and has been interested in infant and maternal care since she was young. After giving birth to her first child in 2002, working to achieve healthier birth outcomes in the Commonwealth became a goal of hers. She is currently enrolled at VCU in The Especially for Nonprofit Organization Program and serves as the North Atlantic Regional Coordinator for the Transparency in Maternity Care Project: The Birth Survey.
